UCSF's LGBT Resource Center offers a wide variety of educational and mentoring programs for LGBT students, advocates for LGBT student needs, and offers informal advising to individual students. Students, alums, and all involved in student services are invited to contact Center Director Larry Lariosa with any concern.

The Center is also working the campus community to raise awareness of the needs of transgender students, as well as LGBT-related admissions concerns. The Center also collaborates with the LGBTQ Students Association, The Graduate Queer Alliance, and LGBT Collaborative on Education, Research, and Clinical Care to infuse LGBT topics into the curriculum.
