FOURTH ANNUAL UCSF LGBTQI HEALTH FORUM

BACKGROUND
This popular annual event provides an overview of the health concerns of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and intersex (LGBTQI) patients. The Forum is designed for health professional/graduate health students, but all interested are warmly invited to attend. UCSF students can receive one elective credit by registering for FCM 170.01E (they must also register below).

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Forum is sold-out, so registration (both online and onsite) is no longer available.

SCHEDULE
UCSF students attending the Forum for credit need to attend both days of programming(the dinner and reception are optional), while other attendees are strongly encouraged to attend both days.

Friday, March 2
5:00-5:30pm: Registration
5:30-7:15: Program featuring UC premiere of Gen SIlent
7:15: Networking dinner for Forum attendees

Saturday, March 3
8:30-9:00am: Registration & continental breakfast
9am-5pm: Keynotes and workshops below
5pm: Networking reception at 5pm

riday night will feature a private showing of the acclaimed documentary Gen Silent, followed by a Q&A with OpenHouse Executive Director Seth Kilbourn and a networking reception.

LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
The Forum is being held at UCSF's Parnassus campus, in the Medical Sciences Building at 513 Parnassus, easily accessed by public transportation or car. Directions and maps are available here.

Please note that street parking is extremely difficult. The best parking option is the UCSF Millberry lot, accessed via a ramp down from 500 Parnassus (across from the Medical Sciences Building). There is a parking fee, even on weekends.

The Forum location is accessible.

ACCOMMODATIONS

FAQs
1) Unfortunately, we can't provide funding to offset the costs of attending the Forum.

2) The Forum does not offer continuing educaiton credits, only UCSF elective credit (see overview above).
