Professor (Faculty)
Patricia has been a UCSF employee since 1976. Patricia serves the missions of UCSF by delivering babies, clinical research and teaching knowledge and surgical techniques to students, residents, fellows and nurses.
What she likes about working at UCSF
I appreciate the diversity of UCSF. I like working in a place where I don’t worry about being out or being fired because I am a lesbian. The diversity allows me to direct my energy into priorities of patient care, research, and education.
How Patricia is OUT, IN the UCSF Community
I’m in the OUT section of Synapse each year; I’m also a group leader in Life Cycle during the LGBT education day. |
